At Pixel Robotics we work on a new generation of autonomous mobile
robots (AMRs), such as our PIXEL PT. We use AI-based localization and
navigation technologies together with innovative hardware designs.

Tasks

  • Supporting engineers in developing and testing software and algorithms for mobile robot systems
  • Assisting with optimizing code and conducting performance testing to improve efficiency and reduce computational resources
  • Contributing to research efforts by exploring new algorithms and providing analysis of results
  • Helping to improve the simulationfirst development workflow by running simulations and providing feedback
  • Participating in integration and testing of systems at customer sites
  • Documentation and knowledge management responsibilities, such as organizing code repositories and creating technical reports or user manuals

Requirements:


  • Handson experience with ROS / ROS
  • First experience with Python and/or C/C++
  • Personal initiative, structured way of working and creativity
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to take responsibility and focus on results
  • You are a good team player and convince with your friendly and empathetic manner
  • Education: Ongoing/completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. Mathematics, or related

Our internships are on-site in Munich. They can take between 3 and 6
months.
