Your daily tasks will include

Collaborating with leadership and teams to assess current agile maturity and identifying areas for improvement
Guiding teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.
Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members. Acting as a mentor and advisor.
Monitoring and tracking Agile metrics to measure progress and identify areas for refinement. Collaboration with teams to optimize their processes, ensuring efficient and valuedriven delivery
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt
Delegations to the client's office twice a month for 2 days (each sprint)

The following will make you succeed in this role

Experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, guiding Agile transformations and driving change in software development and delivery environments
Relevant certification (e.g. ICAgile, Certified Enterprise Coach, etc.)
Understanding of various agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills. Experience in guiding others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty
Fluency in English — spoken and written(B2/C1)
