We are looking for an
Order Coordinator (M/F/d) for our location in Ettlingen in Germany or Wissembourg in France.


Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:


The order coordinator is responsible for processing all customer purchase orders accurately, ensuring that service level agreements are met and that all invoices are created on time.


  • Accurate and timely processing of all customer purchase orders, including licences.
  • Accurate and timely processing of all orders based on the online shop.
  • Accurate and timely processing of all internal stock transfer orders
  • Timely and accurate creation of all customer invoices.
  • Processing internal demonstration material and handling of instrument loan material
  • Convert SAP quotations into sales orders
  • Managing orders for locally sourced cryogenic products, orders for demonstration systems, for loan systems/accessories and for the online shop
  • Processing stock transfer orders between companies, thirdparty purchase orders and create all SAP customer invoices
  • Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required
  • Working closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.
  • Other tasks can be defined which are broadly in line with the above tasks and objective.

Qualifikationen:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or significant experience in order processing with SAP, SFDC.
  • German language (min. C1 Level) and English (min. B1 Level)
  • Any other European language is beneficial.
