Duties:
The incumbent is a supervisory procurement specialist, managing an Acquisitions Branch in the Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO), with the responsibility to supervise seven employees at grade levels FSN-06 through FSN-09.
Qualifications and Evaluations:
- Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible work experience in the area of acquisition of supplies and services is required.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience is required.
- Education Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Four (4) years of university education in business, accounting, acquisition, logístical management, finance or related major is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:
- English (fluent) speaking/reading/writing may include the ability to translate.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Intermediate level computer skills including Word processing, Excel, internet tools, and a familiarity with basic office equipment is required.
