Your responsibilities:

Advising the group management board and all departments in the field of data protection
Development, implementation and ensure companywide data policies and data compliance frameworks
Responsibility for data privacy & protection related support for subsidiaries and the Headquarter in close collaboration with the Group IT
Crucial role in shaping the future of the company's data policies & data compliance within the data governance organization and actively contribute to the success of the digital strategy at PERI
Participation in innovative projects on developing new services and digital products
Drafting and review of data protection related contracts and templates
Preparation of legal opinions and statements in the field of data protection regulation

Your profile:

University degree in business, business informatics, computer science, natural science, law / digital focus or similar
Many years of relevant professional experience in data compliance and/or data policies preferably in a regulated industry
Project management experience and the ability to drive topics
Proven knowledge in European data protection laws and practices
Expertise in defining, documenting and implementing data governance best practices, policies & procedures in a large organization
Excellent analytical and conceptional thinking paired with the ability to understand multiple interdependencies
Outgoing personality that is able to firmly manage diverse stakeholder groups and profound communication skills
High level of commitment, creativity and initiative, organizational talent and team spirit
Fluent English and preferably German language skills
