Join our Learning Team and collaborate with us on planning trainings, webinars, and e-learnings:

Platform Specialist: manage and enhance our learning platform, train colleagues, and generate reports
Knowledge Pro: create and manage the various learning offerings for our employees on our digital platform
Microsoft Teams Expert: advise and support our trainers in webinar planning and execution
Resourceful Mastermind: create and design blog and communication posts as well as presentations to engage Axel Springer colleagues with our messages and offerings
Fully Integrated Team Member: moderate team meetings or retrospectives on a rotating basis
Creative Explorer: explore and experiment with ways to continuously enhance our training offerings, e.g., by utilizing VR headsets

Qualifikationen

Currently enrolled full-time student in Psychology, Business, Communication, or Social Sciences with some HR experience:

Passion for learning, development, HR trends, New Work, and digitalization
Initial project work experience
Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
Hands-on mentality and motivation to tackle new challenges with careful attention to detail
Team player who embodies curiosity and thinks creatively
