Your scope of responsibility
- You will be responsible for advancing our BD & Sales department with the aim of convincing and acquiring new key customers for us in the British market.
- You will coordinate the customer lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on the consultative approach of Solution Selling, leading up to contract closure.
- You will support the team in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and webinar development.
- You will independently conduct initial discussions, followup meetings, and demo calls with potential customers.
- You will regularly participate in events and gatherings, with the goal of promoting our product and persuading major clients to choose us.
- You have a deep understanding of the coaching industry within the British market.
- You have a passion for coaching, organizational development, and personnel development.
- You hold a strong talent for both written and verbal communication and exhibit a professional and confident demeanor.
- You excel at inspiring your team and convincing clients.
- Your strengths include clarity, strategic thinking, and proactivity, all contributing to collective growth.
- You have a minimum of two years of professional experience in sales (B2B, preferably in SaaS).
- You hold at least a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, at least C2 level), German is a plus.
- You have proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- You have a valid work permit for the EU.
