As our Sales Development Team Lead DACH you're responsible for leading and coaching a team of Inbound and Outbound Sales Representatives.

Your aim is to enable the team in selling our platform across DACH to organizations within our ICP.

In addition to strong leadership, you will help in navigating our overall business direction. That includes offering valuable input regarding Marketing and Operations and proactively offering ideas and proposals.

You will build upon a solid foundation, a strong product and a rapidly growing market. The goal is to scale Staffbase's organization internationally and throughout the DACH region.

You will be responsible for the overall pipeline generated through inbound and outbound activities for the DACH market.

Together with the sales leadership team, you will build a revenue machine by setting up and managing scalable processes and hiring and retaining suitable talent.


What you'll be doing:


  • Scale and manage a highperforming team of SDRs who consistently overachieve on challenging goals and might become future Account Executives and managers at Staffbase
  • Deliver upon projects designed to overall improve the efficiency and quality of the SDR team's work
  • Support various tactical & operational topics and execute on the DACH sales strategy
  • Work closely with the global functional SDR leader in assessing and shaping best practices that get deployed across all of Staffbase
  • Supervising daily sales activities, ensure daytoday productivity and process implementation
  • Coach and mentor SDR team members
  • Set and measure individual KPIs for the team
  • Act as connection between DACH SDR department and various other DACH focused teams as necessary (Marketing, Customer Success, AEs, Ops)

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in software or web technology companies
  • A leader by example, able to inspire and motivate others, with proven people management experience
  • Indepth knowledge of sales culture, especially regarding the DACH market
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • A datadriven, analytical mindset, confident using Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Highly motivated, a driven and selfstarting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
  • Experience in Sales Engagement tools (Outreach) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills verbal and written
  • Business Fluent German and English language skills
