Your key responsibilities

  • The company website is your playground
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling content for brandoriented websites
  • Be close to innovation Stay ahead of industry trends, styles, competitive brands; continuously refine our brand voice
  • You have a good intuition for storytelling and user engagement? With your content we are preparing sites for eCommerce, fine tuning journeys and funnels for lead generation
  • Be the ambassador of the user (think in use cases and from the client's end)
  • You are part of the site's vision and participate in shaping this product
  • Develop and maintain the website product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall company strategy
  • Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Manage collaborators (agencies, freelancers, translators, etc.)
  • Synchronize with crossfunctional teams (marketing, design, product owners, business stakeholders, legal department); make sure your content pushes the business objectives
  • Regularly test the site experience, set up A/B testing; report and follow up issues
  • Work on traffic performance and establish relevant reporting
  • Document new web workflows that you have established; share and make valuable insights available to colleagues

Profile:


  • Digital native
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web content editing in a commercial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail; experience in Intellectual Property, legal, finance, or insurance market can be a plus
  • Experience with content management systems and website analytics tools
  • Understanding of web design and development processes, as well as search engine optimization and user experience best practice
  • At ease with the standard CMS backends; experience with Typo3 a plus
  • Proven experience in managing website development projects in a fastpaced environment from start to finish
  • You have experience in site governance (setup, performance, security, managing agencies and collaborators)
  • Knowledge of a project management methodology is a plus (Agile creation, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience with localized sites is a plus
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Passion for creating highquality, engaging web content
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • You are an ambitious and proactive worker
