This position is available immediately on a full-time basis. The working hours average 37.5 hours per week, spread across 5 days from Monday to Saturday in morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

You have extensive knowledge of food production and have accumulated years of experience in a food service company.
You have leadership experience and know-how to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
Your passion is serving high-quality food, and you can instill this dedication in your team and colleagues.
You are familiar with business and budget plans, can derive actions from them, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
You excel in communication, whether within the team or with stakeholders in the store, always striking the right tone.
You have good English language skills.

You prioritize guest satisfaction, aiming to provide them with an irresistible food selection that keeps them coming back, working towards this goal daily with your team.
You ensure that all food-related processes in the IKEA store comply with quality and food safety requirements and relevant regulations.
As a leader in your department, you set an example for your team, promoting skills development, cohesion, and progression.
You actively contribute to crafting and implementing the IKEA Food business plan for your area, aligning national strategies with local priorities.
You take initiatives to boost sales and enhance the shopping experience, presenting creative ideas to inspire and delight our guests.
You maintain the kitchen area impeccably and ensure adherence to daily work routines.
