Your tasks:

You support the Release Management department in its daily tasks, such as
Tracking the progress of individual releases
Tracking the dependencies between work packages
Formal review of new releases
Internal announcements of new releases
Coordination of support requests to the development teams.
You will support the further development of our release process.

Your profile:

You are enrolled at a university course of study, such as business informatics or business administration with a focus on information technology or project management, or a similar course of study.
You know how to keep an eye on several topics at the same time and you are familiar with project management.
You have an understanding of how agile software development works.
You ideally already know how to use Jira and Confluence.
You have a structured way of working.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
You have good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
