Responsibilities:

Efficiently prepare and support meetings, presentations, and documents to support decisionmaking processes
Independently conduct analysis, research, and project management for timely and highquality outcomes
Facilitate seamless communication between managers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate information delivery
Manage projects independent and effectively, support customer requests, and handle administrative tasks proficiently, while collaborating with various stakeholders
Demonstrates independent and reliable communication skills while efficiently supporting customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics required, with a focus on administrative experience
Minimum 35 years of professional administrative experience
Business fluent in German and proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, including proficiency in Microsoft tools. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS)
Demonstrated initiative, ability to handle confidential information, and flexibility in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. / strong project management skills
