Our team in Bottrop is expanding and is looking for a colleague in the role of logistic planner.

Gastor Trading GmbH is a rapidly growing international company and market leader in the field of party additives and cream chargers.

We help gastronomy, bars and markets of all kinds with the provision of cream dispensers and cream chargers. Our customers include more than 2,500 supermarkets, late night shops, bars, restaurants, etc. We have offices in Rotterdam, Stuttgart, Paris and in the United States.

About the job:

For our branch in Bottrop a vacancy has opened for a Logistic Planner international goods (M/F).

As a logistics planner, it is your job to ensure that goods arrive at the right location as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for organizing, planning, directing and executing the shipments.

You schedule all drivers and direct them. But all the preparatory work is also part of the activities of a logistics planner. Furthermore you coordinate with our warehouse employees to makes sure the process progresses smoothly. These are all tasks that you, as a logistics planner, deal with on a daily basis.

Job tasks & responsibilities

You are responsible for the fulfillment of our orders;
You are responsible for our offshore customers;
You can plan our shipments accordingly;
You maintain customer contact and keep them informed;
You perform light administrative tasks, also regarding CRM documents;

Requirements:

You live in or near Bottrop;
You have a handson mentality, are a real gogetter are organized and precize;
You are a team player, but you can also work well independently;
Fluent in German and English;

What we offer:

40 hours a week
A salary indication between €2100 and €2800
A permanent position in our office in a dynamic environment (no 917 job), we maintain a combination of flexible and steady hours;
