Experienced Cook Wanted

We are a busy restaurant in the heart of downtown seeking an experienced cook to join our team.

As a member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food is of high quality and meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking food items, following recipes and guidelines provided by the head chef
Ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to a high standard, in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene procedures
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers
Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook in a highvolume restaurant environment
Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food safety certification is a plus
