Wir verstärken unser Team im Bereich Sample Coordination am Standort Schweinfurt.


Ihre Aufgaben als Project Manager Prototypes E-Mobility (m/w/d):

  • Aufbaukoordination von Mustern mit interner und externer Verwendung im internationalen Projektumfeld
  • Abstimmung technischer Umsetzungen, Planung von Musterphasen inkl. Budgetverantwortung für herzustellende Muster
  • Feinabstimmung mit Kunden zu Prototypumfängen (Anzahl und Anliefertermine) sowie Rückmeldung des Status ins Kernteam
  • Aussteuerung von Einkauf, Logistik, Fertigung, Lieferantenqualität und Prototypenqualität
  • Sicherstellen des Know-How Transfers vom Prototypen
- zum Serienprozess sowie aktive Unterstützung der Produktentstehung mit dem Fokus auf ein stabiles Design


Ihr Profil als Project Manager Prototypes E-Mobility (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Produktkenntnisse im Bereich elektrischer Antriebe wünschenswert
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit, Selbstorganisation und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Projektumfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke, eigenverantwortliches Handeln, interkulturelle Erfahrung und erweiterte Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
