What you'll do:

Become a hospitality superstar:Work across the hotel, with exposure to everything from Reception to the Bar and Kitchen. Learn the hotel industry from every angle and become a real expert in our industry

Be the reason our guests return:Process enquiries, reservations and accounts seamlessly and professionally. But, just as important, take pride in being the reason our guests come back to us time and time again

Give the warm welcome you'd expect:Offer a welcoming smile with our guests during check-in/check-out and make their stay a special one.

We need your:

Practical experience:If you've worked in a customer facing role, you'll know the buzz of excellent service and want to provide it every time
-
Personality:We are the ultimate people pleasers and your positive outlook helps our guests feel at home
-
MS Office:An understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook would really help in our 365 business.
