What You Will Do

In cooperation with Customer Support and the IT team, you will support our dealers, workshops, and the technical field service in solving product problems (telephone / ticket system).
You handle inquiries regarding product features and product problems
You are involved in the testing of new products and features
You support the team leader in administrative activities.
You will expand your expertise by responding to product inquiries, working with the IT team, and occasionally visiting customer sites

What You Will Bring

Completed training as an agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (M/F/d), alternatively a completed technical or agricultural science degree or equivalent
Good command of written and spoken English

A Plus If You Have

Strong organizational skills
Practical experience in working with customers or customer support
Strong communication skills
