Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting 8-15 Accounts lead by Account Managers and Managers alike- Timely and satisfactory execution of administration of client programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Rakuten Marketing revenue goals.

Technical Comfortable using Excel- Ability to learn PowerPoint and Rakuten Marketing tools and processes
Personal effectiveness- Highly organised- Proactive - continually looking to improve own role and that of your clients- Responsiveness - getting back to clients within 24 hours
Communication- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong interpersonal skills
Results focus- Detail-orientated- Proof that you can work towards a deadline
Teamwork- Ability to work well as a team and prioritise your workload based on company's goals
Understanding of business- Basic understanding of the online (and more specifically affiliate) marketing sector
