Join the Contract Logistics Product Management team as a Healthcare Process & Operations Expert driving the global enhancement and standardization of Healthcare Logistics.

Location is flexible across Europe.

Your Role :As Global Process & Operations Expert (f/m/d) you will support business growth and profitability by standardizing, enhancing and leveraging product standards, best practices, technologies, systems and services in our Contract Logistics Healthcare division. Part of product standards enhancement is the identification and selection of best practices, latest technologies and systems, innovation demands and ideas and the creation of new service offerings. Leveraging best practices, systems, technologies and services on country and opportunity level are key components of product standards replication. Additionally, you will offer support and consultancy to internal customers over the entire product life cycle.

Your Responsibilities:

Definition of operational product requirements for Healthcare Logistics and development of product solutions in close collaboration with the global Head of Product Management Healthcare Logistics
Provide support during all product lifecycle phases, e.g. solution design, customer onboarding, operations and customer retention
Development of global product training content and execution of global trainings and workshops
Definition and mapping of processes and information system requirements to enable product standard enhancement
Product enhancement by proper benchmarking, implementation of latest technologies and the creation of best practices
Identification of innovation needs in close collaboration with customer development and with innovation department to support POCs
Benchmarking and best practice sharing across the global Healthcare community

Provision and documentation of global country maturity checks for the creation of product specific capability plans

Your Skills and Experiences:

Extensive experience and deep knowledge in Contract Logistics, preferably including operational skills
Extensive Healthcare service & product specific experience
Robust solutions design skills
Project Management skills & experience
Operations excellence skills (Lean methodology) desired
Ability to drive the service development based on indepth understanding of the service industry
Training expertise desired
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel globally, also at short notice
