Beschreibung

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.

They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.


your main tasks:


  • Independent supervision of the entire personnel process from entry to exit in the assigned support area
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures according to specifications and in consultation with the manager
  • Advising employees and managers on all operational HR issues
  • Support in the implementation and further development of various HR instruments
  • Independent recruitment of employees up to the point of hiring, including the negotiation of salaries according to specifications
  • Support in the further development and optimization of HR processes
  • Collaboration in local and crosssite HR projects
  • Publication of job advertisements across locations and monitoring of costs and their further charging
  • Independent organization and coordination of further training
  • Preparation and processing of statistics and evaluations
  • Participation in change management projects and monitoring of HRrelated internal and external communications
  • Participation in contract negotiations and responsibility for contract management for new hires, promotions and transfers
  • Affinity for human resources and organizational development

Your profile:


  • University degree in business administration, human resources, business law, psychology or comparable
  • Alternatively, commercial vocational training with further education in HR management (HR specialist, business economist, etc.)
  • Entrylevel role as an HR Solution Partner after university studies or relevant vocational training or 13 years of professional experience
- knowledge of labor law and works constitution law

  • Open, balanced personality with high social competence
  • Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and confident appearance
  • Structured and efficient selfmanagement and work planning
  • Business fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs as well as knowledge in the use of HR IT tools
