Job Location(s): Hamburg, DEWould you like to take on a role where your ideas and input contributes to reveal energy optimization potentials with help of system simulation? For our
Hamburg office, located directly in the Hafencity, we are looking for an
Intern (M/F/d) Real Time Simulation to join our international Virtual System Solutions department.

In this position, you will support the team in
developing real time models for systems like heat pumps or air conditioning units.

Responsibilities:

Your tasks in this role will include:

Carrying out system simulations
on your own:

-
Close cooperation with your colleagues on simulation projects

Develop the next generation of
control systems for heating and cooling systems

Background & Skills:

Interest in future sustainable technologies
Programming skills in Python and/or Matlab
Basic knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer
First experience with 0D/1D system modeling, preferably with Dymola/Modelica or comparable simulation tools are beneficial
Factoriented, openminded person with good communication skills
