THE MISSIONS
As a Business Developer on the German market your missions will be at the forefront of our expansion...
You will participate in the development of a premium and technical product, with often qualified and very technical interlocutors Responsibilities are henceforth divided into two axes:


STRATEGY & BUSINESS:

• Presenting and promoting our training courses to leads that are automatically generated, and convince / sell Franco-German prospects,
• Phone prospecting with key/ strategic accounts,
• Implementation of a competitive intelligence strategy and development of new products
• Maintain relationships with partners and prospects,
• Understanding the needs and proposing the most appropriate training
• Development of partnerships with publishers, editors and technological partners,
• You will be in charge of the endtoend process: from acquisition management to customer sucess

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Launch of webinars, tracks / training,
• Organization of and participation in tech fairs,
• Development of new strategies in Germany,
• Support and collaboration with our different teams (tech, acquisition, Data Scientists, Marketing, Creative Staff...)

THE PROFILE

Bilingual German-English OR German-French:

• You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, with a good analytical mind,
• You are not afraid to take initiatives, and you are able to explore new strategies,
• You have good interpersonal and writing skills, in French/German/English and you are at ease orally
• To be part of the team, you just need to be overmotivated, ready to take on the new challenges of a growing startup and have the entrepreneurial spirit that connects us all
• Bilingual in German, you master B2B and B2C sales techniques and you wish to develop your skills in prospecting and negotiation? Don't wait any longer and join us
