About the Role


As a Strategic Account Director (f/m/d) you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with DACH customers in the banking industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value with our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buyin at all levels.
  • Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.
Together with our team of business specialists, you will drive the co-creation of new products and solutions for our clients

Requirements:


  • 8+ years of work experience providing solutions to banks in helping them achieve their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings.
  • Extensive network with Csuites within Banks in the DACH Region.
  • Consultative selling approach paired with handson project experience.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen paired with Solution Selling skills.
  • Ability to articulate ROI.
  • Business fluent German and English.
