MISSIONS

You will work as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Restructuring / Turnaround engagements (primarily IBR, liquidity planning, business plan validation, working capital analysis, and related topics) to international clients, mainly in the private equity and corporate sectors.
You will assume leadership roles for individual project workstreams, and you will receive an intensive onthejob training to develop your understanding of restructuring & turnaround processes and project dynamics. You will also be part of a dedicated panEuropean allfirm training plan.
You will receive a performance orientated and fair remuneration and you will be supported in your professional exams and qualification.
Your counsellor will be available to support you for your personnel and professional development and sponsor your future career.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Motivated, reliable, and stressresistant mind set.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to integrate in new teams and embrace new challenges.
Two to three years of professional experience in Turnaround & Restructuring advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university or business school with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations.
Additional qualifications (e.g. WP, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English, plus preferably one additional (non native) language.
Excellent analytical skillset, plus an ability to support Eight Advisory's highly entrepreneurial consulting approach.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
