**AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT**- Acts as a Controlling Business Partner for the E-Commerce Controlling incl. Payment as well as Int. Social Commerce.
- Analyzes key performance indicators, monitor goal achievement, and produce analyses of identified deviations
- Contributes to preparation of presentations on the monthly financial statements, forecast, and budget, engaging in discussions with management
- Establishes payment-related reporting standards, defines department-specific KPIs, and performance metrics.
- With regard to the impact of payment methods on financials, analyzes monthly financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and deviations for decision-making.
- Acts as a single point of contact for payment cost inquiries, facilitating communication between Group Payment and Controlling.
- Conduct analysis and contribute to establishing reporting and analysis standards with regard to Douglas Social Commerce Business + other New Businesses / growth levers of the Douglas Group

**DEINE SKILLS**
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field.
- First professional experience in a controlling environment or in an accounting firm, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel. Ability to create complex financial models and perform advanced data analysis.
- Confident use of BI tools and multidimensional reporting tools. Ability to utilize these tools to extract and present meaningful insights, and prepare decision templates such as dashboards.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently organize and adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Willingness to take initiative and drive improvements in financial processes and controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and convincing manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
