You'll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

We actively promote overall sustainability topics in our company to ensure that we create positive impact for society and our employees.

As our new team member you will support us to reach our strategic sustainability and diversity & inclusion goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support us to implement and develop the global sustainability and D&I vision and strategy and to integrate them into crossfunctional processes
Support us in target group specific project communication and independently create presentations, decisionmaking templates and reports on sustainability and D&I topics
Help the team building up the sustainability and D&I community to create a platform of networking and content enrichment
Assist in the planning, organization and coordination of projects and events
Bring your ideas to the team and expand your knowledge with research activities

WHO YOU ARE:

Good to very good academic performance
Enrolled student ideally related to sustainability or diversity & inclusion
First experiences and high interest in sustainability and diversity management
Analytical thinking and structured way of working
Experience in the preparation of presentations and the creation of analyses and reports
