Your future role.

  • You will work closely with the Innomotics Heads and Controller of our EA Countries and Lead Country Bundles as well as the complete EA management team.
  • In your role you will coordinate / guide all planning (budget and forecast) activities related to our EA countries and assure its completeness and accuracy in close alignment with EA Management
  • Additionally, you will continuously monitor and analyze actual, forecast & budget and clarification of the relevant deviations of all regions with the target to assure a high forecast accuracy of our countries and our region as a whole.
  • You are responsible for the adequate aggregation, reporting and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as volume, profitability, productivity and capital efficiency with the target to increase transparency and you will prepare and participate in regular performance review meetings with regions together with EA Management
  • Together with our regions you will create high transparency on orders on hand reach and its profitability to ensure our forecast as well as create and keep transparency on market price development in our countries and derive together with our countries appropriate strategies
  • Your task will also be to assure an accurate and continuous forecast to our factories based on the financial forecast as well as the pipeline of our countries.
  • Further tasks will be to support on demand our sales team in commercial topics (such as Incoterms, contract topics, Limits of Authorities), to control and report, aligned with module leads, our EA measures within the global profitability performance framework and to assume and complete adhoc / special projects and/or other assignments as delegated by management.

Your profile.

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration (or comparable knowledge, acquired during an apprenticeship within Siemens) plus at least 5 years of working experience in controlling, preferably within regional / sales organization
  • You have already gained knowledge and experiences in working with ERP/Accounting systems (i.e. SAP), Self BI
  • Tools (i.e. SAC, PCA Dash, PowerBI) as well as profound knowledge in MS
  • Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • You are familiar with working in international teams and projects
  • You are familiar with Limits of Authority process and requirements
  • You have a strong understanding of international product and system business, including underlying business models and legal requirements
  • You bring along flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
  • Dynamism, initiative and proactiveness are some of your strengths
  • You convince with high analytical competence, a high level of commitment, your focus on results, a confident manner, and your assertiveness
  • Business fluent English skills round you profile, fluent German would be an advantage
