your responsibilities:

The jobholder works as a Supply Officer im Supply Management EF Serie (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:

  • Place Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity.
  • Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers

Personal Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamplayer
  • Reliable, cooperative and focused way of working
  • Willingness for business travels (max. 8 times a year)

professional training/studies:


  • Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Business administration at least a bachelor's degree or
  • International management at least a bachelor's degree

work experience:


  • Scheduling / procurement of materials for at least 3 years
  • Commercial clerk for at least 3 years
  • Supplier management for at least 3 years

IT:


  • MS Office at least detailed. special skills
  • SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions

Languages:


  • English at least fluent
  • German at least business fluent
