About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated
Executive Assistant in Austria or Germany to work with our Executive Board (CEO, CTO, CAO and CFO).

You team up with our Executive Assistant to ensure our Executive Board works efficiently.

Your tasks include:

Calendar management
Meetings (external meetings, Executive and Supervisory Board meetings) preparation and followup
Events research, analysis, and preparation of data, facts, and references for decisionmaking
Creation of presentations and support with analyzes and market observation
Business trips and company events planification, organization and calculation
Support with correspondence and internal communication
Maintaining contacts with customers and business partners

About you

You bring exceptional organizational, timemanagement and communication skills
You're a multitasking talent and know how to prioritize your tasks
You have a solutionoriented character and solve challenges endtoend, thinking about each step leading to the problem resolution and anticipating the Board's needs
You have a handson mentality and enjoy working in a fastpace environment
You're highly adaptable, very well organized and work independently
Ideally, you have worked as a team assistant or bring similar experience and want to grow further into the position
Your bring a very good command of German and English, both written and verbal

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From 30,000.00€ per year
