- Koordination und Steuerung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung der zugeordneten Produktgruppen
- Technische Begleitung von System- und Produktentwicklungen
- Erstellung detaillierter, technisch orientierter Produktanforderungen (Pflichtenheft) in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Durchführung von Marktforschung, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifikation von Markttrends
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Einkauf
- Durchführung von Performance-Analysen
- Schulung und Präsentation der Produkte intern und extern
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieur oder techn. Studium bspw. Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Holztechnik o.ä.
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement technisch komplexer Produkte
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im M365-Umfeld
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
- Ausgeprägte Affinität für technische Produkte und Themen sowie Freude an der Weiterentwicklung eigener Ideen
- Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit die Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu integrieren
- Freude am Präsentieren und Kenntnisse von Präsentationstechniken
