Restaurant Management Trainee (m/w/d)

ABOUT US
Beets&roots is a young system gastronomic concept from Berlin.

In addition to restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Frankfurt, we offer a B2B delivery service for over 5,000 of the largest German companies.

By 2025 we want to grow to 50 locations in the DACH region.

Tasks:


  • Ensure that all operational processes run smooth in the restaurant on a daily basis
  • Ensure that food standards are met and the quality is excellent
  • Assistance to the general manager with recruitment and onboarding
  • Guiding the team through a shift

Qualification

  • 1 year + experience in hospitality
  • First experience in a leadership position is a plus
  • High motivation and a passion for customer service
  • You are ambitious and eager to learn
  • You speak fluent german or english

Type of position:
full-time, permanent or part time (30 h per week)


Working hours:


  • 8 or 6 hour shift Monday-Friday
  • Weekend work possible
