- Be part of the regional leadership team and take responsibility for driving the Roboyo Growth journey forward
- Develop long-term client relationships and help drive the business development and sales process for both new and existing clients
- Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence
- Lead teams to scope, plan, execute and deliver client engagements on time and budget
- Be a trusted and strategic advisor to our clients to help them adopt an "Automation First" approach to maximize value from Intelligent Automation.
- Guide our clients to identify automation opportunities, evaluate the associated added value for our clients, and assist in the development of their automation roadmap.
- Coach and mentor Consultants and Consulting Manager
- Prepare and run client workshops
- Contribute to overall Roboyo thought leadership
- Be a visible leader in our global Consulting practices and support the strategic and operational development and growth of our consulting organization locally and globally
- Travel and meetings with customers as needed
- The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural "entrepreneurial" drive to find solutions and overcome obstacles
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with the strong undergraduate academic record. MBA and/or Advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years' experience in a consulting environment with business development and delivery responsibilities
- Ideally experience with Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformations
- Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
- Ability to project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives
- Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
- Strong understanding of operation optimization, process analysis, process modeling or process automation
- Experience in one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance, Purchasing, Marketing/Customer Relationship Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Supply Chain Management
- Very good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as required as required
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English
- A large customer base with known companies and first-class references (19 out of the DAX30 groups)
