What you will enjoy doing

As Head of Project Management you have full responsibility for personnel and project results
You manage and supervise project related tasks including planning, coordination and control of schedule, cost and HSE for all projects
Personnel management, capacity planning, strategic personnel planning, targetoriented development and further training of staff as well as cost planning are also parts of this role
Further you evaluate and implement improvement potentials within the department and company
You are responsible for cooperation concepts within LE globally as well as with other departments and customers
You will support and challenge of proposals, as well active risk and change management
In addition you do project reporting and presentations to management, partners and clients
Also you are a competent and cooperative interface for all project participants and stakeholders

What makes you great

You have a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering or similar and profound knowledge and experience in project management
Entrepreneurial spirit and already gained leadership experience round off your profile
You lead people with appreciations, instill trust and have conflict management skills
Further you have excellent communications skills and keep all your stakeholders appropriately informed
Knowledge and understanding of engineering and commercial procedures are also needed for this role
