To be worldwide No.1 in system and wiring design environment products, we are looking for you to contribute us full-time from May 2024 as

Head of Product Management (f/m/d) for E3 related products

Your tasks:

Collection and investigation of trends of target industry, latest IT technology, customer needs/seeds and competitors' features
Provide clear strategy, roadmap and requirements of E3 related products based on target industry trends and customer needs/seeds communicating with stakeholders
Manage/control processes and outcomes of product management department and lead members to right direction according to strategy, roadmap
Definition and provision of clear requirement to realize/implement the software features within E3 related products
Support in product marketing in cooperation with marketing and sales, e.g. at conferences and trade fairs

Your qualifications:

Completed technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering etc.) or comparable qualification
Broad experiences in upstream processes of eCAD system development
Industry knowledge in the field of panel, control cabinet / vehicle electrical design and manufacturing
Sound understanding of the relevant PLM environments
Team building/leading skills, abilities and experiences
Very good communication skills in German and English
Convincing presentation skills, ability to work with team both nationally and internationally
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
