About the Job:

Driving force behind the operational excellence of our organization, ensuring that our operations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals
Creating and developing a highperforming Operations unit, focusing on productivity, automation, process enhancements, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
Take charge of the endtoend customer conversion process, optimizing it across the entire funnel
Internal management, including effective communication and goal setting together with the CEO

In this role, you will:

Drive the creation and implementation of a scalable and sustainable Customer Service and Tax Operations setup that empowers our growth trajectory
Lead and mentor the Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Develop strategies for enhancing productivity, automating processes, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing cost efficiency within the Operations unit
Assume ownership of the customer conversion process, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience throughout the entire funnel
Collaborate extensively with crossfunctional teams, fostering strong relationships to drive companywide success
Manage internal processes, communication, and goalsetting to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach

Your profile:

Industry experience, particularly within regulated sectors such as FinTech, Legal Tech, or Digital Health
Proven track record of successful leadership and management roles, ideally bringing companies from Series A to B or beyond
Significant experience in Operations, ideally with a focus on Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and/or Tax Operations
Ability to connect and collaborate across departments to drive overall company success
Analytical mindset and numbersdriven approach enable you to identify opportunities for process improvements and incremental enhancements
Fluent Germanspeaking (at least C1 level)
