About the opportunity:

Join our Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) team as a "WorkingStudent". You will be working alongside the German team inside of theCMP department assisting with a variety of tasks.

Our CMP is working with almost every department within N26, that's why it's a good place to get to know N26 as a whole in a short period of time.


In this role, you will:


  • Performing usual administrative tasks in back office
  • Entering the new incoming complaints from authorities and lawyers
  • Assisting specialists with research needed for answering complaints
  • Communication with different stakeholders from different departments while doing research
  • Assisting in additional tasks as specified by your line manager
  • Supporting at team wide projects

What you need to be successful:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business,Law, Economics, etc.
  • Ideally, already gained first working experience (preferably in the area of banking / financial services or consulting)

Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • German (native speaker), English (mandatory, fluent), Spanish or French as a bonus
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Desire to optimize processes and workflows
  • Team player who likes to work in a highly motivated team and with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to quickly understand new and complex topics
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to get ideas and find solutions proactively
