Tasks

As a Technical Writer/Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical content and documentation for our Qdrant open-source vector search database and our DBaaS cloud solution.

You will work closely with our engineering, product and marketing teams to develop high-quality technical content and documentation that helps our customers understand and use our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating user guides, API documentation, technical whitepapers, and other technical content for Qdrant and our DBaaS cloud solution.
Working closely with the engineering and product teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into easytounderstand language for our customers.
Creating marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, and product demos that showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create sales enablement materials that help our sales team close deals.
Managing and updating our technical documentation library, ensuring that it is accurate, uptodate, and easy to access.

Requirements:

Experience in technical writing or content writing, preferably in the database or search industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easytounderstand language for nontechnical audiences.
Experience with opensource software and cloud technologies.
Experience with Git and Markdown.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing, or related field is a plus.
