What do we do?
Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strengthtostrength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.
This role is a parttime role with a maximum of 24 hours per week.

What your day will look like:

You advise and support the employees and managers of German locations in all personnelrelevant topics such as labor law, talent management, compensation & benefits, change management and organizational development
You develop the leadership competencies of our managers through active coaching
You will be involved in the development, optimization and implementation of local People & Culture processes and guidelines as well as driving own projects independently
In addition, you will make effective use of all relevant HR tools, methods and guidelines and work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Local P&C Services
You will be involved in the ongoing development of our People & Culture Services to take our Employee Experience to the next level

What you need to fulfill the role:

You have successfully completed your study with a focus on human resources
Several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in a comparable role as HR Business Partner
Profound knowledge in working with work councils and trade unions in Germany
High social and consulting competence, confident appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as convincing communication skills are among your strengths
Independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, handson mentality, discretion, and the enthusiasm to develop something new
Ability and passion to work in a dynamic, fastchanging environment
Fluent German & English language skills oral and written
