Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall's Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries.

Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.

Do you want to shape the future?

We are now looking for a Head of Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems within Integrated Operations in our Generation organization, in Business Area Wind.

Generation is the organization that is fully accountable for the Asset performance of Vattenfall's offshore wind farms.

This includes operating the wind farms through optimization of revenues in relation to the power market and maintaining the wind farms in a healthy, safe, sustainable and cost efficient way to ensure best availability and full compliance with requirement.

You will be part of Integrated Operations, which has responsibility for enabling the instalment of strong operation and maintenance of our wind farms and by being an integrated part of the site operations, enabling the sites in harvesting the benefits of being part of the Vattenfall portfolio.

Integrated Operations consists of four teams i.e., O&M Projects & Logistics, Operational Control Centre, Technical Integrity Management and Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems.

The unit is a vital part of the journey to be a best in class operator and it creates a lot of existing opportunities to take part in.

What will you do?
The main responsibility of the Head of Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems is to ensure

Efficient supply chain management and optimisation, warehouse management, export control and customs for our offshore assets.

Moreover, the Head of Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems, manages master data in SAP PM and MM as well as provides system expertise, support and improvements.

You will leading leaders of a department with 6 teams that is organized internationally and you will report directly to the Head of Integrated Operations.

The department's core responsibilities covered by the 6 teams are described below:

Supply chain management and optimisation

Ensure that right materials are on stock and can source required materials in an efficient and costeffective way;
Manage, coordinate, plan and optimise the supply of parts, tools, and setup for replenishment of stock for coded (SAP) materials used for full control sites and Balance of Plant (BoP) on sites under Service Agreement (SAA);

Warehouse management

Plan, implement, and followup strategies and activities related to warehouse management;
Ensure standardised and centralised warehouse setup for ongoing and future sites;
Ensure timely shipping of parts, consumables, tools and main components;
Ensure efficient processes between warehouses and key stakeholders;

Export control and customs

Continuously improve customs related processes for Offshore Generation;
Work with stakeholders (i

e:
IT, SAP) to ensure proper systems are in place;

Ensure that relevant employees have the necessary trainings and knowledge on export control and customs matters;
Monitor the international situation regarding export control and customs;

Maintenance Systems Support

Ensure work management of incident and change requests via the established ticketing system;
Maintain system testing and support documentation, including processes and system blueprint, user instructions, test scripts, and training materials;
Determine and ensure that changes are supportable.

Maintenance Systems Improvement

Responsible for the business ownership of SAP PM, MM, and connected systems, such as Neptune, SOI, External Access, MD Upload tools
Provide system expertise, support, and sustainable improvements, including establishing/improving a ticketing system that caters to key stakeholders' needs in collaboration with Maintenance Systems Support;
Ensure system stability via management of change request from internal and external stakeholders;
Translate business/process needs into IT demands, as well as plan and roll out new releases to implementation teams and users;

Wind Master Data

Handle change requests according to Maintenance Systems Improvement;
Set the level of data quality of system master data in close cooperation with Maintenance Systems Support.
