Finance Supervisor


Job Description:

• Established the communication and reporting mechanism between the group headquarters and subsidiaries to ensure the compliance of daily operations of subsidiaries;
• Implement the financial management of the subsidiary according to the relevant system requirements of the Group company and local laws and regulations of the subsidiary to ensure the effective implementation of the relevant requirements of the Group company in the subsidiary;
• According to local accounting policies, laws and regulations, formulate accounting methods applicable to subsidiaries and specific methods of financial analysis and management;
• Audited the daily specific accounting treatment of subsidiaries, issued financial statements of subsidiaries, and ensured the accuracy of financial statements;
• Responsible for business liaison with tax, statistics, industry and commerce, banking and other relevant departments in the location of the subsidiary;
• Responsible for the staff management of the financial department of the subsidiary;
• Regularly assessed and checked the financial operation status of subsidiaries, identified internal control risks, and promoted improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or business administration is preferred;
• More than 5 years of financial work experience, familiar with the local accounting policies and laws and regulations in the United States;
• Sensitive to data and familiar with financial business of sales companies;
• Excellent English skills, settled in the United States;
• Excellent communication and expression skills, organization and coordination skills, able to work under great pressure.
