_Responsibilities:

  • Stay uptodate with state and federals labor law and regulations.
  • Interpret labor laws and regulations, and advise management on their implications for employment practices.
  • Review and revise employment policies, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate management and employees on labor law requirements and best practices.
  • Investigate and respond to labor lawrelated complaints, grievances, and litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote compliance with labor laws and mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify labor law compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to management in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other laborrelated matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies (In regard with immigration law matters).

_Qualifications:

  • Masters's degree in Law (LL.M).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination, wages and hours, workplace safety, and collective bargaining.
  • Proven experience providing legal advice and support in labor law matters.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
