_Responsibilities:

Stay uptodate with state and federals labor law and regulations.
Interpret labor laws and regulations, and advise management on their implications for employment practices.
Review and revise employment policies, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate management and employees on labor law requirements and best practices.
Investigate and respond to labor lawrelated complaints, grievances, and litigation matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote compliance with labor laws and mitigate legal risks.
Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify labor law compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Provide legal advice and support to management in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other laborrelated matters.
Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies (In regard with immigration law matters).

_Qualifications:

_:

Masters's degree in Law (LL.M).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination, wages and hours, workplace safety, and collective bargaining.
Proven experience providing legal advice and support in labor law matters.
Excellent research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build positive working relationships.
High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
