_Responsibilities:
_:
- Stay uptodate with state and federals labor law and regulations.
- Interpret labor laws and regulations, and advise management on their implications for employment practices.
- Review and revise employment policies, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate management and employees on labor law requirements and best practices.
- Investigate and respond to labor lawrelated complaints, grievances, and litigation matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote compliance with labor laws and mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify labor law compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide legal advice and support to management in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other laborrelated matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies (In regard with immigration law matters).
_Qualifications:
_:
- Masters's degree in Law (LL.M).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, including but not limited to employment contracts, discrimination, wages and hours, workplace safety, and collective bargaining.
- Proven experience providing legal advice and support in labor law matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build positive working relationships.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
