Mission:

Looking for a passionate accountant excited into performing this role in the pharma sector


What you will be a part of:

emovis is since 2001 a dedicated study site right in the center of Berlin, conducting out-patient clinical studies to assess the efficacy and side effects of new medications.

Participation in a clinical trial can mean quite a burden for some patients (long travel time, exhausting and frequent examinations) and even not being possible for other (severely diseased patients, kids that need to go to school ).

If the patient cannot go to the study site, we bring the study site to the patient with our Homecare visit department.

From our office in Berlin, we organize and coordinate homecare visits for patients in 16 European countries.

Since August 2023, emovis GmbH is now part of FutureMeds and this role will not only revolve around emovis in Berlin, but around the different FutureMeds in Germany.


Ihr Profil:

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of
Accountant (w/m/d)

What you can expect:


  • Independent management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as fixed asset and general ledger accounting.
  • Generation of outgoing invoices.
  • Cash management.
  • Reconciliation of accounts and clarification/supervision of open items, including dunning processes.
  • Preparation and support for monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Collaboration with the internal controller (who may substitute you if required).
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders of the company regarding accounting.
  • Support for all tasks related to accounting as a central service point for the company.

What we are looking for:


  • Successfully completed a vocational training as a tax clerk or a comparable commercial education with further training as a financial or certified accountant.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical work experience as an accountant.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (DATEV Unternehmen online and DATEV Faktura Mittelstand).
  • You have a very good command of German, with English skills being advantageous.
  • Independent, accurate, structured, goal
- and solution-oriented work approach and ready to bring your own ideas to the company.

  • Organizational skills, commitment, resilience, and flexibility.


We are really just looking for that 1 person that will im-perfectly fit our small Finance Team in Germany and that is a team player, motivated, a go getter, flexible, and on the look out to learn something new.
