Your mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our HR Intern in Munich

Are you curious to learn how you can help us build a sustainable future?

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

  • You'll ensure employee records are accurate and updated
  • You'll process labour documentation such as contracts and confidentiality agreements
  • You'll handle sensitive data according the GDPR regulations
  • You'll assist in administering employee benefit programs
  • You'll provide support to employee on HR related topics
  • You'll ensure HR policies are consistently followed within Sungrow
  • You'll help maintain essential HR records for compliance
  • You'll provide the initial support in addressing ER issues

Profile:

Do you have the legal right to work in Germany?

Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled or recently graduated)
  • Fluency in English
  • Language skills in German or Chinese (Mandarin)
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, aPHRi or CIPD)
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
  • Understanding of solar energy energy products (PV, ESS and EV)
