_infeurope is looking for a Multilingual Customer Care Agent for an International Institution in the heart of Munich_

Your profile:***- Ideally fluent in German, English and French

  • Passionate about customer care (inbound)
  • Ability to work in a complex customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills Organizational and problemsolving skills
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in an international, crossfunctional and diverse team
  • IT affinity
  • Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Preferably with experience in customer care

Your tasks:

***- Independent written correspondence with international customers (trilingual: German, English and French)

  • Receiving and handling customer enquiries via phone and processing or forwarding them to the relevant departments
  • Continuous training regarding the very complex regulations, procedures, assignment pools and tools
  • Data management and data maintenance in several complex databases and CRM/CSM systems
  • Support in complaint management and analysis of customer sentiment/feedback
  • Technical support in the event of error messages due to incorrect computer settings or outdated software/browser)
  • Fast grasp of processes, procedures and analytics
