In the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) area of responsibility, which includes the strategic direction and further development of Covestro and its corporate culture, you will be part of the 'Employer Branding & Recruiting' team.

Your tasks at a glance:

With us, you won't just be looking over our shoulder: after your induction, you will be responsible for your own area of responsibility the daytoday business for our university internships throughout Germany
Your commitment is required for the creation of job advertisements, the coordination of interviews, advising managers and departments, as well as conducting (telephone) interviews
You will also gain insights into trainee recruitment and support our training team
You will also keep an independent overview of current vacancies
With your wealth of ideas, you will continuously help shape our recruiting process and demonstrate your expertise in your own small projects

WHAT YOU OFFER- You are unique You are a personality You have courage, are curious and open to new things.

You are well organised and committed.- You are currently studying economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field and your area of interest is human resources and personnel management- You are well versed in MS Office programmes- Networking - virtually or in person - is your thing and you find it easy to approach people and constantly maintain contacts- You are characterised by an independent and prioritising way of working and you are able to familiarise yourself well with new topics- You are no stranger to proactivity and team orientation- You round off your profile with fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
