Beschreibung
Tasks:
- Advising managers and employees (M/F/d) on all compliancerelated business unit matters
- Structuring and coordination of the implementation and further development of the compliance management system
- Clarification of possible compliance violations at national and international companies in the division
- Implementation of preventive risk analyzes with regard to the susceptibility of companies to whitecollar crime and identification of indications of possible misconduct
- Support of the Division Compliance Officer, e.g. in advising other companies, in reporting and in the coordination and implementation of preventive measures, in particular training courses, risk assessments, business partner checks
Requirements:
- Completion of studies in law, economics, or a comparable course
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance
- Criminal law knowledge advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with additional foreign language skills desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Pronounced team orientation
- Willingness to travel internationally
