The
Regional Specialist for HPLC (f/m/d) is responsible to maintain, install and repair Sciex products at both internal and external customer sites, including strategic accounts.

This position works independently to resolve all assigned customer and technical issues und partners with Sales and Service management to drive customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Partners with Technical Operations to resolve regional and global escalations. Mentors, develops, and certifies service associates.

The geographic scope of the role is the assigned region within the EMEAI territory (North, South, Central, India, HGM).

This position is part of the Service organization and will be located
remote in
Germany.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership for the technical repair and resolution of escalations at regional level for the specific HPLC product group.
  • Be primary contact for the service engineers and territory specialist team for the specific HPLC product group.
  • As an individual contributor, responds to regional and global escalations. Attends systematically the escalation
- calls for the specific HPLC product group.

  • Explains sensitive information, works to build consensus in escalated situations or customer facing activities
  • Expert in performing high quality installation and repair on mass spec and / or OEM instruments

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Specialist knowledge for the specific HPLC product group, including non Sciex products
  • Advanced hardware expertise and knowledge of SCIEX OEM HPLC products with certificates
  • Professional qualification in electronic/mechanical engineering, life science or chemistry, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience using and/or servicing mass spectrometry or related scientific instruments
  • Expert knowledge of troubleshooting and problemsolving procedures with eExpert communication skills both written and verbal
  • Works independently and as part of team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • commercialization of products and leadership role in driving and improving regional performance and proficiencies.
  • Travel required/Valid Driver's License with travel by vehicle or airplane within assigned geography.
