The Department of Medical Data Science at Leipzig University is looking for aResearch Assistant / Computer Scientist - Infrastructure for Medical Data (f/m/d)
We expect you to be able to:
- Design, implement, and evaluate different consent models (informed, broad and dynamic consent) using a web-based infrastructure
- Coordinate tasks and results with colleagues in the Germanywide PATH project and potential users
- Present and publish the research results in scientific conferences and journals
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in medical informatics, computer science, physics or equivalent
- Proficiency in: Python, Java Script, React Framework or similar
- Resultsoriented work style, analytical thinking and a high level of personal commitment
- High degree of independence and excellent teamwork skills
- Interest in the interdisciplinary field of medical data science
- Strong communication skills and a very good command of written and spoken English
