As an Industrial Designer at Bragi you create an end-to-end experience of true wireless audio products with disruptive design solutions.

You will establish innovative products from the first idea through the full design process and mass production phases with our world leading customers, engineering teams and contract manufacturers all over the world.

Working across multiple product categories you will develop highly inventive, insight-led designs that truly resonate with users.

You will have a hands-on role in our design team and contribute in our interdisciplinary product teams with overarching design challenges, still with a focus on industrial design, your work will directly contribute to the success of Bragi and our customers.

What you will do

Create innovative TWS Audio products for some of our closest partners and customers
Customer workshops based on user research, target segments and personas following a well structured design process
Recreate the design language of selected audio brands and create coherent product families through all product categories
Create innovative, market disrupting products from research, first sketch, through all steps of the design process and mass production phases
Collaborate with external system integration and engineering teams, challenging the status quo while understanding the balance between innovation and time to market

What you will need

5+ years of product design experience, creative consultancy or inhouse.
A completed degree (master's or diploma) with a focus on product design, industrial design.
Experience in creating products from first idea through a detailed design process
Experience of consumer electronics product production, guiding engineering teams, ensuring your design can be manufactured based on your defined acceptance criteria
You have a great curiosity for technologies, electronics, programming, artificial intelligence, design, visions of the future, trends, etc.
Extensive experience with a variety of visual and interactive tools (e.g. Rhinoceros, Pro Engineer, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Strong sense for market trends, fashion styles and a good feeling for CMF
Experience with prototyping and management of modelmakers
Availability to travel to Asia on a quarterly basis
