We are looking for a Junior HR specialist (M/F/d), to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.If you are just starting out in your career and are eager to learn and work in an international team in our Mörfelden-Walldorf office, take your next career step at Fox ESS to contribute to the global energy transition through renewable energies and lead the world into a green and sustainable future.
Tasks- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
- You are at the beginning stage of your career path, but you are full of energy and ready to learn by doing
- Your German and English skills are excellent, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes and have good IT skills.
- You have excellent time management and organisational skills and are quick on the uptake
- You have a handson mentality, strong analytical skills and a solutionoriented approach
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
